Long time, no see
Hi everybody, if an
ybody is here anymore. I just thought I'd vent about my summer! Anyway, except for a couple of days here and there around the first of July...this summer has sucked!!!!
First, in June...I broke my thumb. I thought it was just sprained, but when the swelling went down I realized it was broken! Now I have a big knobby bone sticking out! Then, I gashed open the back of the SAME hand whilst doing dishes.

Then when it was and wasn't raining, it was so hot I couldn't breathe, and so muggy everything was wet. Pure hell!
Then, whilst cleaning the kitty litter of all things, I twisted my back, and was in horrific pain for about one and a half weeks!!!!!
Gads. Ok, so now my thumb doesn't hurt as much, my gash has healed nicely (had to have stitches), and my back is better.
But now, it's so cold out you have to wear a coat.
Happy summer of 2007!
On the good side, as you can see from the darling picture above I have a new granddaughter!!!! Raina Margaret.....
Can't wait to see her.
And Mikki and family (sans Eric) got down for a couple of days which was nice. Caitlyn is so cute....she's a good baby too. I wonder if Raina is..hehehehehe.
Well, must go now.
Everybody is Facebooking which I'm not that fond of. Don't know how to use it very well....I miss Blogging.
That's it now now.....I hope I cheered you all up...Hehehehe.

Congratulations on the grand-daughter Raina!!! That's a great picture!! I agree with you about the Blogging vs Facebook though... I will never give up my blog for Facebook!!!! NEVER I tell you!!! I use both regularly though, but too busy at work now to do much of either.
Bad month for ya there. I hope you, um, heal well though.
She's a cutie--- and Caitlyn will appreciate having a sis to grow up with--- Wish we could have seen Mikki and the gang, avec Eric! But the good news of the summer-- Big Brother is on!!
