Update on Jim
Hi all...long time n
o blog for me. But I figured this was the easiest way to update everybody all at once on Jim's condition.
The Jim you see in this picture is not the Jim you would see now (however..I am the same, sob sob sob).
He has lost over 20 pounds in a very short time.
So..he was in hospital while I was in Nfld, and I had to come home early (I was really enjoying myself too!). However, he conned his way out of the hospital by making several promises to the Doctors (plural...one a specialist).
Needless to say, he is not exactly keeping those promises, so I am a little stressed.
Apparently, he has to eat three meals a day (which he is doing), and he has to check his blood three times a day (okay..doing), and he has to keep a little active (doing). However...if his blood goes over 23 he must go to the hospital immediately....last night it was 24!!!!!!!!!
Did he go to the hospital? No!!!!!
Did I bug him and nag him? Yes!!!!!
But, this morning his blood was down to 13...still not good, but better. At lunch it was 18, and this evening it was 15...so what can I say?
He's feeling really good....he's happy I'm home. I think he was afraid to be alone.
He keeps kissing and hugging me!!! Cool, eh? I love it. I guess he got a bad scare.
Well, he has a Doctor's appointment on Monday and I am going with him. I have a list of questions to ask, cause he doesn't know what to ask, and he doesn't remember what the Dr. says.
So, that's the story on Jim.
Now, about me....I was having a great time in Nfld. I love those people over there so much......even the little tiny cranky cute one...hehehehehehehe. I was talking about Michelle! Raina is a doll.
Caitlyn is just wonderful.....What great kids!!!!!!!
Ok, well I guess that's it for now.
I only hope people are still reading blogs.

Thank God he knows what's wrong,, and hopefully he can keep it in check,, with a bit of help from nagging wife who he now realizes how much he needs and misses!!! You'll have to ask the doctor if he can travel to Newfoundland in the near future!! Love to you both!
